I suffer from an immune system disorder that literally makes every germ in a 500 mile radius just, rush to me. I'm sick almost every week and I've gotten pretty good at dealing with how to be sick! There is an art to it, you know.

I don't know if I'm actually going to do a part 2 on this, I guess it'll just depend on what kind of reception this gets!
Step 1, feeling as clean as possible during your suffering ♧
The best thing to me is a clean space full of only the essentials. If you feel a cold, flu, or anything manageable coming on don't just let it steal you. Find a clean space or create one before it gets worse.
I always say you should wash your sheets, fluffy blankets, and pillow cases before and after you get sick if you plan on staying in bed all day. A clean bed makes you feel so much better!
Staying in your room is always the best. Having your stuff all put away with clean laundry, dusted off furniture, and clean smells around you lets you focus on just being sick and resting. My favorite smells, if you can smell, are notorious relaxing scents like Lavender or Vanilla. To start off the day(s) off, I usually dust with something that has that scent.

No dust or dirt makes it easier to run things like humidifiers, breathing cleaner air, and more. As someone who collects a lot of things dust accumulates easily in my crafting DIY filled pink room, if my shit isn't dusted completely you can notice it in the air quality around here. I prefer to use scented dusters because the scent lingers a lot longer than air spray. If you have any favorite scents or cleaners, tell me about them!
Besides just dusting, it's always good to vacuum and what-not. Basically it's just a great idea to make all of your shit as clean as possible!
Step 2, making your air smell good ♧
Making your room smell good, even if you can't smell, is a great idea. Depending on how sick you are you might not be able to shower or wear perfumes\deodorants for awhile. The room you're in being as comfortable as possible is the best idea!
Humid, warm air is great for relaxation, your sinuses, and more. Even when I'm not sick I turn one on if the air is dry. They're great for your skin, as well, if that's something to convince you more. Humid air opens up your pores and sinuses letting breathing be easier, and letting things drain or whatever. Candles are always good for relaxation, too.

The most important part of being sick is all the fluid you have to drink. Obviously, medicines and vitamins are necessary so I'm not going to talk about them (even more so since everyone has something different that works for them), but one thing all illnesses and people have in common - you have to drink a lot of water!
Having a water bottle on you at all times is honestly ideal for just living. I drink about a gallon of water a day to achieve my looks and it's honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made to do.
If you're not a heavy water drinker, start! If you're sick, kick it up a notch!
Water, teas, and sports\vitamin drinks are the best mixture.

- Try adding some lemon, cucumber, mint, or lime to your water. All of them do different things for your body, but when you're sick the extra refreshing feeling of having a fruit infused water is great!
- Green tea is a great go to for everything, but black, red, and chai tea are also great for when you're sick.
- Gatorade, Poweraid, and other well known sports drinks are great for when you're sick. I prefer Gatorade but the taste of Poweraid is a lot nicer.
My absolute favorite thing to drink (not even when I'm sick) are Neuro drinks. I drink every kind you can, and I drink Neuro Daily at least once a week!
Neuro drinks are filled with vitamins of all kind. They have ones to help with your sleep, a drink that helps you focus, and a drink that helps you calm down from stress. Neuro Daily, though, is filled with immune supporting vitamins. They're lightly carbonated and taste wonderful!
Like I said above, I'm not 100% sure I'm going to do a part two unless someone wants one. I'm sick right now with a really bad fever, so my tips have been on my mind for awhile. I regret not talking about fashion stuff in this post, though.
